Dino Bookmark

I created this bookmark as an additional birthday gift for my eldest daughter's friend.  He loves dinosaurs and we bought him three books from a series.  I hope he enjoys reading them.

Welcome Little One

Card made for a neighbour who just had a little girl.  

Butterfly Shadowbox

I am attending my friend's baby shower today and this is the gift I created for her.

The shadowbox is from Ikea.  I cut the inside frame to the size I needed.  The butterfly punches are from Fiskars and Martha Stewart.  I used Bazzill cardstock as I like the texture.  

Each butterfly has been secured with glue and the wings folded, so they appear to be flying.  

Pink For The Girls

In honour of my friend's new baby girl, I created a very pretty and pink treasury just for the girls.  Enjoy!

Baby Hammock

This card is for a friend who just had a beautiful baby girl.  The image is called "baby hammock" by Penny Black.  This was cut out and layered onto a 2 1/2" white circle with pop dots.  That circle was then adhered to a 3" glittery scalloped circle made from the "New Arrival" paper pack by Forever Friends.  This has then been layered using foam strips onto 3 1/4" square white cardstock.  I inked the edges in "cupcake" by ColorBox / doodlebug design inc.  The background paper is the non-glitter pink flower from the same paper pack.  The finishing touches were the sheer ribbon and pearls by Recollections.

Cupcake Card

I have a sweet card to share with you today.    

This card was made for my friend Nicole (Happy Birthday Nicole!).  I used Bazzill cardstock (Avalanche, Hot Fudge and Fussy).  The cupcake is cut from my Cricut cartridge "Straight from the Nest".  The pearls are from Recollections and the gosgrain ribbon was in my stash.
